Preference is given to Veterans who qualify to apply for a patent under one of two USPTO discount fee programs. Either, the Small Entity Status program, or, the Micro Entity Status program. In other words, generally those veterans who are individuals, small businesses, and non profit organizations.
We currently have relationships with several patent practitioners. Patent practitioners provide patenting services to veterans for free when charity funds are available. We welcome patent practitioner inquiries about providing services.
Contact us if you want your patent practice to be included on the list of patent firms and offices that provide service for our veterans.
